ATTENTION ALL SECTION 1AA HOCKEY TEAMS

Sounds like we have a lot of southern MN people with pipe dreams on this post because this is a no brainer. Lakeville South beat Lakeville North rather easily twice already this season. They destroyed Mayo and Century in games that weren't even close... They will basically have a bye to the section...

I don't care what the score is or who you're playing, what an absolutely horrific sign of leadership from a guy who should be someone your team looks up to. That's inexcusable from a coaching standpoint in my point of view. Terrible play kid.) Goph...

Best coach in Minnesota

Everyone seems to be covering the metro coaches. I can't disagree with alot of the comments regarding the coaches mentioned. I do think that if your talking best in Minnesota, you need to throw Roy Nystrom from Albert Lea into the conversation. Year in and year out he manages to take whatever he has...

U of M High standards.

Funny how all you gopher fans have come up with a new reason the gophers are just a middle of the road team. Ya, your right, the U has long been considered the Harvard of the midwest!!!! Why don't you face it, the days of everyone wants to be a gopher are long gone. There are many places a quality p...

19 Shot blocks?

Wow!!!! That must be some kind of record. Only problem was I was at the game and I'm not sure there were 19 blocked shots all night by the West team. Let's try to keep it real here, I'm sure your proud of your son. But making crazy posts isn't going to get him any big offers. Either he will be good ...

I really enjoy all you superstars out there that feel the need to post negative stuff about teams. Austin wins a game, lets rip them, so and so's roster is terrible, they will never be any good, big deal they are ranked 154th, ect, ect. I would guess you are all Wild players just killing time before...

I can't get the stats to load either. It just goes part way then stops responding. It would also be nice to get rid of the box over the top of the stats on the front page, good idea but pointless with no photo available.

Mistah Hockey, your name should be Mistah Fantasy!!!!! I've only seen New Prague and LeCresent once but I will be shocked if the game isn't a blow out. My prediction, 11-2 New Prague. Sorry, just don't think your in the same league.

How about taking it out of the coaches hands? Have running time anytime the lead is 8 goals or more. They have it for the 3rd period only now. I have also seen Roy Nytrom in Albert Lea do a good job of calling of the dogs over the years. I'm not sure how he does it, but it certainly is a class act. ...

Have to laugh, watching a game last night a team scored a goal and it was anounced like normal. Then about 5 minutes later they "corrected" the scoring and added a second assist. The officials must have been viewing the film while the game was going on and realized the error of their way. ...

Did Owatonna play in both the Friday night scrimmages and there own on Saturday? Or did they split their team up. If it was their varsity team there Saturday, they are either over ranked early, or East will be better than people think. They played to a 3-3 tie and it seemed pretty even.

First let me say I am not a fan of either team. I went to see a good high school hockey game and was not disappointed. I thought #8 for Albert Lea might have been the best player on a rink that had a lot of quality players on it. Overall I thought the ref's tried to let the kid's decide the game. I ...

West v East

Apparently West even runs up the score after the game!!!! Score was 11-1  Was it the first or second line that scored after the game.
