I think the article did not have much new value in it. Everyone on this Board has probably been around enough rinks and Raddissons to have heard most of the stories before. Basically, he tried to establish the following things, all of which are pretty much undeniably true: 1. People will act in the...

AAA Dad-- it's great to be reconnecting again. This time I'm sympathetic to your cause but if MN Hockey wants, they can take away your Tier 1 status as easily as they granted it. But, if they continue grant Tier 1 to Revolution then you must agree that they should grant it to other programs that wan...

Minnesota Hockey states: ... "As part of the proposal, provisions will be made for in-season Tier 1 hockey to be allowed for Minnesota’s established legacy programs: Shattuck St. Mary’s and Thoroughbreds girls’ hockey." I take this to mean that MN Hockey has cut a deal with these two progr...

This will be interesting. How will Minnesota Hockey play this out? Looks like they have already cut a deal with Shattuck and the Thoroughbred's. Can't believe one year later I'm ready to defend the rights of Revolution fka Achiever Academy to compete for the right to be the team coming out of the Mi...

There's more than one bill floating around out there. Here's the new "disability" exception to the transfer rule bill. If you can get a Dr. to sign off for you then you can transfer at will at the varsity sport level. Anybody think there would be any abuse by the parents of little Johnny w...

Rudy- Why don't you ask just them and see what they say? Or, do you prefer the smear method starting a thread unrelated to HS hockey suggesting something about someone without knowing the facts? Is this what journalists are taught to do in journalism school?

The League will definitely want a quick response from AA. My hunch is that the League's lawyer might have a good question or two for the AD, coach, new owners, and parents of AA. The new owners better hope that their predecessor paid the insurance premium before they skipped town.

The AD simply certifies a roster as being eligible and the League assumes they are eligible. The school then tells th...
