Ive had the chance to see some skilled Rapids players over the years. I cant help but be impressed with Peart from Rapids. The kid has skills, moxy, and makes it look easy doing it. And still a junior.

Wow! What a game between two good teams! I thought Rapids was running out of gas but they managed to do it. Hats off to Duluth for their effort as well.

There is nothing better than sectional high school hockey imo!

Sorry to say I am seeing no endpoint to the erratic play of Rapids. Not sure I have ever seen a team look so completely different from one period to the next. That's not a good thing and speaks to the reliance on potential instead of work. My money right now would be a slow unraveling but I am hopin...

Regarding current Rapids team...my humble read on them, and I hate saying it but, they have all the hallmarks of a team that gets knocked out in the quarters. The talent is there but they seem to think that will get them where they need to be instead of work. Mistake. Newspaper clippings and ranking...

Anyone who thinks Rapids is in the top five or ten going into next year is either a parent, off their medication, or some combination of the two.

Which team is going to show up for each of these clubs? This game could go many different ways. I hope it is close with no injuries or game ejections just so one of them can give the CJacks a game in the finals. I am just hoping that there are no critical noncalls for checking from behind from home...
