Re: Game Scores 12/6/05
How many teams in the state have been as good as long as Farmington... Not too many in my eyes. Always a team that can fill the net!

Re: evaluation
I wish there we more cross over games between N and S. I guess it is up to each coach, but it is awesome to see good teams like NSP and AHA make the long trip. I wish I could have seen the game against GRG. If they are as good as I think that game with Bemidji could be a biggie... I have seen Ericks...

Re: Ms goalie
Tough to get a good shot at awards when you split games. Crookston needs to slide in a decent team every now and then as well. You can only win soo many 10-0 games before people question who is doing the scheduling. The Warroad game was big and Crookston lost a good one.

Who is playing the t...

Re: injuries
AHA is well coached and has strong players. I am sure they will make the section finals. I would not look to find what was wrong with AHA though. This is a common trap that people look to when a ranked team losses. GRG is a very good team as are many teams in the North that get no respect. You can't...

It is silly now that I just peaked at it! Look at teams 15-20, many of them are top 10 I am sure... Time will tell.

Re: Jones
I disagree with this coaching philosophy but have heard similar comments to some of our GREATER local players too. Actually form a college coach suggesting that our team change the roles of a great player. I would suggest to them the best player plays well in all aspects. BUT if that is what works f...

Re: Rankings
These teams are all solid! I think there is a huge drop in Class A after these teams though. As mentioned before many of these teams would be top 10 in AA but AA has way more depth, big time. I don't get to see LPH very often but am interested in what they say in A, and AA.

We aren't really splitting hairs but I think that EP has made some (off season) growths in comparison. Re: Scores
Wayzata is very good but I don't think that they can hang with EP, but it doesn't seem anyone can keep them under a touchdown! If they give up 3 or 4 to a team like Hopkins that does not help them when they face 3 outstanding lines in EP. Hopkins is up and solid from what I have seen though. Same wi...

Re: Newer Openings... from MSHSL...
With girls hockey growing so much the past few years it is sad to see such turnover. Girls hockey needs the coaches to stay around. If there is a few hundred coaches for HS girls in the state it seems like we lose 50-100 every year. Oh well...

Re: Team USA Comes To Town
I wish that they would televise these games... Couldn't they replay them at 2 am on FSN or something? Same with the Gaophers women from last year. Thay had a great team and could only make a few. I wonder if we will have a team like that again?
