I have a reliable source that Blaine had 16 skaters and 1 goalie at 12u registration. The 14u team had 9 skaters and a goalie at registration. One 12u player missed the birthday cut off by 3 days and has always played up since her 10u season. Allowing her to move up would have made it 15 skaters at ...
