I don't think it has made too much difference, but it is definetely positive change. You also have to keep in mind that hockey is a buisness, and the lack of scoring was preventing new fans and new sponsorships/t.v. deals. We used to be the laughing stock of the four major sports, and these new rule...

I'd have to say siouxhockey97 hit it right on the button. Alex Robb is an all-star. His speed is unmatched, and he is a total sniper. I heard he turned down the chance to play select 16's because he was already guaranteed a spot on select 17's.<br><br>Alex Robb for president. <p></p><i></i>

Blake had a lot of players that went back to thier respective youth teams once they found out that the Blake team had to play at the "B" level. (ie. Blake Doering of Chaska and Charlie Devries of Orono) <p></p><i></i>

Most of the Blades players play in the Super Series tournament since it is basically a fundraiser for the Blades organization, so it usually draws good talent. <p></p><i></i>
