Im going to have to go with Duluth East. They are definately one of the best teams in the state and now that their season is on the line they'll be playing extra hard.

Grand Rapids was classless during medal presentation. Woodbury players individually shook hands with the Grand Rapids players as they got their 2nd place medals but when Woodbury got their the Rapids players did not shake their hands as is customary. Shocking North Regions Not real shocking.. Rapids played East tough all year. East got out skated, out hit and out hearted. Rapids looked very very good. Potential for the championship. Cloquet will be a longshot at the tourny, but is not a team that should be overlooked. Good speed, excellent team...

Sad to see they won't be representing the North at the PWA or BNA level. All I can say is that I drove down to watch both games today. Duluth East was totally outmatched by Grand Rapids. GR killed at least 8-10 more pens then East, GR had a good goal taken away, and the ref actually put timeback on...

East is good but they are over rated. Also watching them a little they have a skilled top line but after that the depth decreases.
