Documentary on Keegan Iverson, former breck player

I've been following Keegan Iverson for a few years and making a documentary about his life leading up to the draft and eventually the NHL. As a Minnesotan it is really important to set the scene about the culture of MN hockey (toss in suggestions on who I should interview, the more the merrier, I'm ...

We grew up down the street from each other and would play any sport imaginable before his family packed up for Edina . Great guy, great family, naturally skilled, but just really loves the game. Happy to see him go there, I hope he helps make the big ten a competitive league because I've been frustr...

Win a prize promoting a documentary on future NHLer

Hey everyone, I'm a former JGAer who's now a filmmaker. I've been following Keegan Iverson for a few years and making a documentary about his life. He's expected to be drafted this year. You can win a prize by promoting the film. Whoever has the most referrals wins either a pro stock total one or a ...

I bet Burnsville, Edina, Wayzata, Minnetonka, Duluth, and Lakeville all make the tournament. why not slp? Agreed, SLP will reload, not rebuild. The BSM cuts will come. And experienced players are staying around. They will for sure get an outstanding goaltender, as there are 3 fighting for the varsi...

I don't get how basement teams like Champlin and Blaine send more players than Edina, SLP, Jefferson, and other teams with more depth.

To everyone who has written off SLP in the past: They started a program 2 years ago, and now have one of the best in the state...not to mention they had about 25 kids trying out (unlike Edina and Wayzata who had way more than that). So now would be a good time to play the "I was wrong, you guys...

i'm gonna go ahead and say that the northern teams should only have 1 team in state. duluth is the only team good enough. to play with/beat anyone in the tourney. sorry, thats just the way i feel Rapids just gives the metro seed that draws them a bye, maybe some pp practice. yeah and keeps one good...

edina was slow to start and put 2 in back to back in the 3rd to seal the deal. Lakeville held with Edina until the third, then they fell apart. Wayzata came out on fire and died off late in the first and came back strong out of the locker room for the third. Good luck to the trojans at state. WBL p...

they didnt play badly, SLP just outplayed them entirely. 5-1 usually means domination, so don't just say they played badly. Agreed. Saying wayzata played poorly completely writes off slp which is really unfair. They buried and has control of their emotions unlike their opposition. I think the turni...

I think it is good there are HEP points but i think they should change the amount of time they give for a checking from behind because once you get one of those you are very close to the limit. Checking from behind should obviously have a bigger penalty but i think that 10 min plus a 2 min minor is...

Re: bb's Final Regular Season JGA Rankings

#8 - Jefferson. The return of the Jags to the varsity bracket of the Metro league was favorable for the baby blue. Note: the results of the Edina vs. Jag game from Friday night was not posted. There was an outside shot for the Jags to win and get their fpp and jump the orange, blue, red & white...

Re: Sections need to be re-done

I think the sections in AA need to be drastically re-done. Placing 4 of the top 8 teams in one sectio creates a mini state tournament http://www.jonrb.com/emoticons/beatdeadhorse.gif , where other sections are pretty much walkthroughs. Please discuss how you feel either way. Thanks Well since you b...
