What was the fight between the two 2000 Machine coaches about today, I walked by them in the hallway and they were still going at it - Seems things are getting a little stressful on the freight train - feel bad for the little passengers on the bench that have to listen and see that. Its just part o...

Re: Little Red Helmet Kid...
Congrats to the Little Red Helmet Kid who has scored all but one of the goals for the Blades. Minnesota Blades 5 Connecticut Yankees 3 Congrats Minnesota kids, have fun and win another game or two. Lets give the Blades some credit for picking up the kid!! Give the kid even more credit for coming in...

From what I hear and see the Machine players have no interest in wearing a Blades jersey or helping them. Think about it, why would anyone from the Machine want to help their biggest rival? It is clear to me. The Blades can call the team whatever they want, they could be team Minnesota, but they us...

It would interesting to see where the Jr. blackhawks are from? Considering there isn't a AAA club called the Jr. Blackhawks I'll guess the players came from the Mission, Team Illinois, the Fury, etc. If that's the case it's interesting that they are able to set aside their differences and select wh...

After following this forum for the last several months I decided to go out and watch some of the games this past weekend. The Blades won the Championship 9-3 in a very well played game against a very good Top Gun Elite team. I was extremely impressed with the level of passing that the Blades perfor...

Machine Parent, I guess your not going to address my last post. But I will address yours. First of all any team would like a Bob Probert on their team. Love him on your team, hate to play against him. Hockey, like many sports are played with emotion. There's an extreme on both ends of the celebrati...

ernies not home right now Like I said we can thank the Machine for not entering the tourney and giving other teams a shot at a 1st place medal this weekend! That is good sportsmanship....and good for MN hockey! My other question don't the Blades play up a level to prepare for Brick, doesn't seem li...

Iowa.....Ialllllllll.........IALLLWAYS! aaa hockey or is it? Do any trnys advertise themselves as spring or summer hockey? If they don't and advertise as AAA, forget complaining about a drubbing. Common Tripped! EVERYONE here knows the discrepancy between the talent level of the teams in an INVITE ...

Looks like the Machine and Blades are the 2 MN teams who should be playing each other. They are the only 2 teams without any sportsmanship. Let them beat each other up! Why don't they play? I would like to see that? Who else would? Not true! (Talking 2000 level here because I believe that's the onl...

Re: Blow up for EGO!
I have had two kids play in the Brick and have been to the Brick two other times (I am involved with the Blades). The Brick is the most amazing tournament I have seen. One dad who played in the State HS tournament and WCHA called it the best tournament experience in hockey. You need to see it to be...

Now I hope the Icemen beat the blades 20 to 0. What a joke. Blades coach needs his head checked. Really ? even after seeing this ? MN Icemen (4-0-0) 18 MN Miracle (0-4-0) 1 I guess we can all thank the Machine for not playing other wise we probably would have had more 20 or 30-0 games and chalk it ...

Good question, I see their pool should be quite challenging!?! They might need those first 5 games to ease into things, you know get their feet under them. Should be good practice beating everyone 10-0 before they see the icemen and the monopoly in the cross over games. But like you said HD41 they ...

Re: Let's shake the bush and see what rolls out?
A vast majority of the Posters on this Forum are unbridled hypocrites. Every single poster says it's all about the kids having fun and playing hockey. Then ALL of u go on to criicize anyone and everyone about EVERYTHING! Now in my estimation OPINIONS are a separate entity from criticism. Here's wha...

How many kids left the Blades for the Icemen this year at the 00 level? The blades are still one of the top teams! Enjoy the hockey. Most importantly enjoy the time with the kids. They will be in Highschool soon enough riding the bus, then riding home with teamates. [It's not cool to ride with mom ...

Re: Brick Tournament 2010
just like teams in Canada do it, and those teams seem to have to have the best success, right? ![/b] The Canadian teams are actually formed the same way as the Blade’s team. A certain program (team) has the rights to the entry. In most cases a gallant effort is given to have a good representation o...

Brick Tournament 2010
I think a lot of the Blades-Machine banter could be solved real easy. Obviously the the Brick is a great tournament and I'm sure every wants MN to be well represented right? At least those of from MN anyway. This could be solved is we just took team MN. Get a paid non-parent head coach and hold tryo...
