Wolfman Jack calls em as he sees em. Rugland and Zamdriver both are move in dads. They can blather on and on about this and that buts facts is facts. Those two jack wagons were the first to chirp on the forum. Keep it classy move in dads. So what you are saying is that I should not be happy for my ...

I take it forest lake has /had some kids move in? I know of a couple girls who came from far north but I believe they have graduated. In either way I was just asking a question wolf man jack. Only one girl on FL that moved from far north (Roseau) and she is still playing 1 more year. That's my daug...

The move in dads chirping on Forum. Love it. Flake was better team Thursday night and hope nothing but the best for them. Not sure I'm chirping but I do use Chirp on my Lowrance. It's great to see you know my life story and why we moved to the FL / Wyoming (Polaris) area for work. Keep it classy on...

Sec 7AA was a battle this year. The Rangers pulled together and upset a great ER team. You can read all the articles but if you were not there you have no idea how that game really went. When you read about the 21 shots in the first period for ER you do not read about the 5 on 3 power play and 4 oth...

If Brainerd plays like they did against Roseau NO ONE will beat them. They were the BEST team we have played all season - hands down...... Other then that it looks like ANY team in the tourney could beat anyone. One bad game or shift can end a season pretty quickly. Should be a great weekend of hock...

Shakopee is playing well right now, we will see if they can finish it. Feel bad for Eden Prairie having their season end in a shootout. Playoff games shouldn't be decided with a shootout. I totally agree, a playoff game should never end in a shootout. What district decided that was a good idea? Cra...

Another reason not to play year round. There is no need for that. I disagree. I don't think you have to play 12 months a year 365 days a year. But watching my son the last 15 years and my daughter the last 10, the kids around them and the paths each family has taken, IMHO the skating differential b...

Great post! Most parents forget why our kids play this game. Its not ONLY to make it to the State Tourney but to grow as athletes and individuals. Some of the greatest games are played in small rinks somewhere around the state and only those there can truly appreciate that game. It's sad to see the ...

Still, somethings wrong. When only 3 of the currently ranked top 15 teams make it to state it just doesn't seem right. I know I'm beating a dead horse, but to see 12 of the ranked top teams in the state sitting at home.... Frustrating... I wish I had an answer. Maybe that's what they want, looking ...

Cry me a river Irugman. I get the the North teams not at state. The north teams at AA are over matched and that's that. Don't hate the the girls. We all play by the same rules. If you think things made to be changed make some noise brother. Nothing will change With North dads. It's always they get ...

How soon Roseau fans forget, they played last year in the section final and buffalo drove close to 4 hours and Roseau drove a little over an hour played in bemidji. I think you need to drive north more often. Roseau to Brainerd 230 miles Buffalo to Brainerd 98 miles Roseau to Bemidji 135 miles Buff...

On the boys side elks have to play every year in Duluth in sections. That's the way it is and we deal with it. Sad for all the girls that get beat and season is over but they will be fine at the end of the day. The Wolfman loves hockey and it's the best sport ever.... You tell me any team that has ...

Explain how Roseau as the home team has to drive over 4 hours to play a section final game and Buffalo only drives just over 1 hour. Then we will all understand how things happen. Buffalo played a very good game tonigh. Good luck to them at the State Tourney. I know, Roseau fans are used to home ga...

Sorry for the rant, as thats not the type of person I am. BUT it gets old hearing from some people how none of the North teams are as good as the metro teams and they have to get lucky to beat them. We have had and continue to have great relationships with teams in the metro area. The Roseau girls a...

Great game both teams are great teams and the bounces went their way.No excuses if you want to be the best you have to beat the best. Well, I have to say that the 'bounces' did not go Roseaus way in your second game with them. I would also say that your #2 goalie did pretty well considering Roseau ...

How was Roseau Undefeated in Fargo? All 4 number 1 seeds made it to bracket play. They must of had a Tie at least. Having a Tie isn't the same as Undefeated, with the Tie you leave the door open to not winning your pool. The way the Fargo Tournament was setup was far better then Duluth, Hands down....

In the end Wayzata won all their games and didn't play in the championship! Never heard of such a thing, I'm sorry. In the end all I'm really saying is take better care of the teams coming to your tournament, then they will want to come back. I would hope that's what they want. I've heard that thes...

Very good point, I was just going off of Lets play Hockey rankings. Wayzata and Roseau are both very good as well. My point was at the start of the tournament Edina, Andover and PCG were the best teams at the time. Something has to be said about them all being in the same pool. I'm sure if you were...

If there was a template on how to destroy your tournament, The Duluth Icebreaker has found it. Put the 3 best teams in your tournament all in the same pool, then have no bracket play on Sunday. Seed them based on goals given up. Good luck in the future Duluth Icebreakers! Fact, Wayzata, Andover, Ed...
