Correct. After having the read the comments from the parties themselves, it is pretty obvious that this was aimed sqaurely at BM and MM. Yes, it's pretty clear from the court documents in very own words of the parties involved that bernie and the made were targets of this misguided "rule"...

Also, if you want to experience true AAA hockey for him, you won't find better hockey than USA Hockey Tier 1 programs. and feel free to use the word ELITE as much as you want. If he is elite then let him know it. He may not be elite tommorrow or in 5 years or in 10 years, so let him enjoy it while he is elite. I know he will always be elite in your eyes, and let him know that often as well!
