Yea, well its the best information available to go off of. The kid got flat out screwed - just like with the Elite League - not even an invite to tryout and compete - totally joke. Side note: As far as the goalies I am not saying Goor or Shepard didn't play well, which I am sure they did. But again...

Shots on goal on the hub show 45 for BSM and 20 for EP.....wondering if that was correct...? depends on which parent was taking the stats  counts of shots on goal have been questionable in many EP games this year. I was at todays game and thought EPs goalie played a very nice game today but t...

Section 6 will be much more even this year than in years past. Wayzata has 1 stong line and no proven goalie, BSM has a couple good players but no goalie, EP has some solid players and OK goalies, Tonka same as Wayzata, Holy Family Ok players good goalie. I think section 6 is up for grabs this year...

Good question Superstar, another good questions is: How many AA schools have starting goalies that were varsity members of another team last year? That is a good point. Can't really blame them though, just trying to get the kid further in his hockey career. If he stayed at EP, he may not have gotte...

Eden Prairie dominated most of the game. Shots were something like 41-25 for EP. Jefferson goalie played very well, and on top of that EP had several really good scoring chances and missed. On the other end a couple of lucky bounces ended up in Jefferson goals. I think the 3rd went in off an EP pla...

First goal was a terrible turnover by EP that allowed a LN player to have a clear shot on goal from close in. Second I think was a PP goal and the shooter skated in from the point to have a clear shot. Don't remember third goal but last was off a 3 on 1. EP goalie made some big saves or the score c...

At about the 5 minute mark of the first period shots were 9-3 in favor of EP. At the end of 2 they were being out shot 23-19. I was shocked that the Eagles could play that poorly for that long. As previously mentioned it was one solo rush after another by guys trying to go coast to coast..I figured...

I agree with the comments on Eden Prairies student section. The only time I have ever been impressed by them is the state tournament. Occasionally at regular season games they have high attendance, but never seem to be loud. Schools need to take notes from Burnsville, IMOP the best student section ...

Does anyone think Edina will not make it to state this year? It appears Burnsville and Prior Lake will give them run for it. I have always thought that Burnsville teams can surprise on any given night. I also have faith in Joe Pankratz and the work he has been doing in Prior Lake. Has it finally pa...

EP against Benilde EP scores 2 early than BSM scores 5 in a row. Final 5-2 EP looked good but not the kind of speed BSM puts out there. I counted 4 for BSM? Either way I agree. If EP can tighten up the D a little bit it should be a very good game during the season. Why blame the D? so Snuggerud and...

Apparently, EP's stellar goalie- LaCombe has transferred. EP has another up and coming goalie (Kielly) but it is a shame since LaCombe made a huge impact on the Eagles season last year. He made all the difference in the teams record; playing a majority of the games and against a majority of the toug...

We should see some low scoring games in the section tournament. Section 6 will also have some very good goaltenders, although not neccisarily young. BSM- Quale Tonka- Ciacco EP- LaCombe, Kielly Wayzata- Dingman EP = LaCombe, Kielly both top notch goalies and great team mates; leading EP BA to the s...
