Those rumors have been flying since Josh went to Omaha but that's not the case. The school board voted to not renew his contract. He didn't resign.

And even if MSHSL officials do go to Brainerd, apparently it's not a secret visit so they're not likely to see much if they're looking for inappropriate behavior from the coaches. That'll happen behind the scenes.

Most Brainerd fans aren't happy with what happened either. The idiots are always the loudest though.

Brainerd's 1st line did not play in the 2nd period. Hibbing was able to capitalize on that and a lot of time spent on power play.

Not surprisingly, Spuds fans think it was the right call and Brainerd fans disagree. Without the opportunity to watch it again, I'm not sure this will ever be resolved. Good luck to the Spuds at state. I'd love to see them knock off some metro teams.

Teams that want to beat Moorhead need to play physical. The refs weren't calling much on either side all night so the question is why they decided to start with a questionable 5 minute for boarding with 7 minutes to go in a tie game.

It was an honest mistake made by the student manager. He thought he had all varsity jerseys but really had a combination of JV and varsity. When we arrived he was outside the arena calling his dad, asking him to bring the right jerseys up to Bemidji. Dad must not have been too keen on driving jersey...
