Connor Hurley ain't coming back. Be prepared for a very large exodus of players to Juniors, NTDP...Canadian Juniors.

This team was too top heavy. Revolved around 2-3 players. Depth was sketchy, D was pedestrian. Coach seemed pretty pedestrian too. It'll be interesting to see if 27 & 17 stay.

Black always had the same 12-13 players in every tourney and only had 2-3 Orange guys fill in. They got the same amount of ice time as the rest. Everyone plays in every situation. The team did not lose a game. They beat Euro and outplayed them in every facet that game, Beat Miracle handily without t...

I would be surprised if he left. I thought he was with the 02 Blades for the long haul? Can Karl come on here to confirm or disconfirm? If he's gone, I wish him good luck. He's a great coach and a good dude. I've never understood all the carping about his kid. His he all that? No. But he's a good pl...

Thanks Dex! After seeing the Blades parents whining for every minor infraction and body nudge, this is not too surprising to here from the Smug whiners. Nothing that is more insufferable than having a coach "work" the refs for a whole game...a game of 10 year olds. Whatta professional orga...

Easiest to predict is Pee Wee's and it will be those pesky Hornets. The gang will be back together again from their first undeafeated squirt a season from 10-11, which was the more dominant of the last two undefeated squirt a teams there. So expect much of the same, maybe not undeafeated in a 60 gam...

This will be the last breakaway on this board from 'ol 33...but a couple of last points. Too much too soon, is right about something. There are really only about 5-10 elite players in each birth year. Then there is a giant pool of 20-30 great players. Credit AAA hockey in general for raising the sta...

One last thing about the S & S schedule. There was only one weak team for the Orange. That OC team. And they were a lot better last year, so there is no way to have guessed that they were that much worse. The team from Saskastchewan was a very good team, the the A.R. team had very good skaters a...

Irish eyes = Blades asst' coach. I.E. the father of the kid who falls down repeatedly and shots 10 feet over the net. Were waiting with baited breath for your Brick roster. Nice ruse.

Nick Checco, is that really you? Long time, no see...eh buddy? Hey Checco, I think your premature balding may have been affecting your brain capacities. I would not call the Blades beating the Machine in Chicago, "dominant". It was 4-1. The Machine is going through a transition with Bernie...

Tonka man...by referring to the "stage" I'm talking about a an elite game for the age group. And yes, some kids are not at that level. How is that arrogant? It is a fun rivalry, and both teams are always looking to get better. Why? because they want to beat the other and have the best team...

Ahhh, the exaggerations of the youth hockey "bored". The Black lost to Euro earlier in April 5-2 (not 6-1) as it was the first black scrimmage or game of the year and Euro already had a few more games under its belt, including against the Orange. That black incarnation had more game-change...
