2000 Elks-<br>Upset by Osseo in double overtime in sections, had beat blaine 7-1 a week before sections and Blaine wins the State Tournament. Elk River goes on to win the State Tournament in 2001 with a less talented team(but still very good) by beating Moorehead 8-1 in the Championship game. <p></p...
