Coaching
To me it looks like coaches would be better off by keeping 20 kids and playing each of them equally regardless of ability or outcome. If Mike Randolph never cuts a senior, never benches anybody, and wins about 50% of his games he probably still has a job... but nobody would know who he is and nobody...
