From personal experience with a broken collar bone, I find it very, very hard to believe that anyone can play hockey with a broken collar bone.

Centennial
The MAHA championship wasn't even close. We dominated the whole game. In VFW we just finished a 3OT thriller the night before until 1 am and lost to Centennial the next day in OT. It was tough but it would have been cool if we won both. Well, anyway, congrats to Moorhead. The future looks real brigh...

Anoka
It was Anoka. I'm not sure how long ago though. I want to say 60s or 70s. Our team almost did it last year. Lost to Centennial in OT for the VFW state title.

Johnson
I think Cory Johnson is very underrated. He has got to be one of the hardest working kids in the state. He gives it 110% every shift. He's fun to watch too.

Re: Sections
HM and WBL have too much tradition, you gotta keep those 2 in the same section. Moving Centennial would to 4AA would not be a bad idea though. That would balance it out a little bit. But, I'm also concerned about 1AA, the competition down there doesn't look to be getting stronger as well as section ...

Re: boring
Apparently we're not. I'm just saying it wasn't the most exciting game. Not many shots or scoring chances. I mean, the shots were 4-3 after 1 in favor of Centennial.

Re: boring
I agree totally. That was one of those most boirng games I've been to in a while. But, I'd rather watch any high school over the boring Wild. Oh well, better than school.

ER/Moorhead
I'd be willing to bet Moorhead wins by atleast 2 goals. Moorhead is just to much for ER. They are a very good team. I'm predicting a Centennial vs. Moorhead final.

Re: buffalo
They are in the easiest region tournament ever. I played WBL bantam A last year and we played Buffalo in the first round of the state tourney last year and killed 'em. They have a very easy road to get there but always are done after 2 games.

Best Line Currently
One of the best current lines is Matt Greer, Casey Parenteau, and Dan Bonne of White Bear Lake. Casey just made his HS debut last night for the Bears. They are a real dominant line offensively.

Cold
Baudette (Lake of the Woods) is by far the coldest rink in the state. It is so cold in there. Fryburger arena in Duluth is pretty cold too.
