The MSHSL is a joke. The commercials of how good sports is for Suzy and Johnny are laughable. Transfer, evade rules, blame coaches, create witch hunts, pay to play....yada yada yada

HS hockey will be in the form of AAA in 20 years. Mark my words!

A very possible serious hazing issue may be coming to light for an 7a team. Hope not but time will tell.

Hibbing will have Lund , Galli, and Frider returning. It should help from a mshsl violation but it came from a teammate whose mom teaches English at the Hs so it may be not so helpful

Tomberlin has the program headed in the right direction. He has well qualified assistants and is very active in the youth. His son will transfer back his senior year

Sitting at the GR v Hibbing Game tonight. Almost did a back flip when I heard Hibbing has 3 kids that Played Bantam A’s within the last year who decided not to play. Ms potter and Coach Tomberlin never once approached them to come out and play. This is A hockey, come on Potter and Tomberlin, really!...

Greenway disappointing story so far! Very talented but playing with little execution against good teams. Chemistry in locker room and between coaches seems off.

Heard as well the AD treats the program differently than the other programs...why? The word is the youth program is run by “everyone gets a medal” people and girls program parents. Many former players, many with college roots want to coach but are not allowed because of the everyone gets a medal men...

Looks like Hibbing has two out for MSHSL violations. One is the coaches kid. Not good. Eveleth looked lost in the loss to Greenway. Outcoached, no fight or intensity by da bears.

Lots of turmoil in Greenway, sometimes addition can be subtraction in a tight knit community like there. They have the talent to turn it around! January will be a big month for them.

Greenway looks bloated and full of itself. Hopefully the locker room dissension will subside and they will play better!
