To my knowledge there is nothing to a new rink in Roseau. Putting in a new ice making plant, as well as boards and slab in Memorial this spring. Memorial is more than good enough, besides (who will pay for the O & M) for a new rink? The city tax payers? Think NOT! We already support three rinks ...
