I think the new rules have STOPPED fighting that used to happen. I've been coaching Jr Gold B for 9 years and there is very few fights. Rules for fighting is 3 games & fight again done for season. That has worked great and three penalties your done for that game, has helped the game too!! JrGold...

We will play every team in D8 twice, so everyone will see us!!! We just played in Rochester tourney and lost to Tartan 5-3 in Championship. Tartan has a very good club(will be top team in Metro) Woodbury is very strong club again. See you at the rink soon. IGH RED

Most teams play about 2 to 3 but some teams play 4 or 5 tourneys. It makes for alot of weekday games for league play?

You will need to know ages of most of your players. Ages are 15-16 for U16 and Jr Gold is 15-18 and most be in High school to play. Both levels are good to play in. So need to see how old your players are and good luck.
