did your goalie from last year recover ok? I don't remember exactly what happend but if memory serves me corectly; he was injured pretty bad.

Has anyone heard if JRG is playing the delayed offsides/ touch up rule this year?
I believe last year they said it was a one year trial; I haven't heard if they plan on continuing with it this season; but I hope they do!

I am looking for past and present JRG players to list why they play or played JRG and what they liked and disliked about it.

I'm not making excuses; just stating facts about why some talented
hockey players end up playing JRG.
If you are from d-8 they only have JRG-B teams with an ocasional
team playing in the Metro league at the A level.
Like I states earlier; see for your self.

whats hanninen, Obviously you havent seen a good JRG-A team. they are mostly seniors that have JV & VS experiance. alot of these teams have players that should be playing VS but for multiple reasons cant- grades, trouble, dislike of HS coaches exc. if you find this so hard to believe; next year ...

talent should dictate what level to play in.

A good JRG team would destroy most if not all JV teams.
The better JRG teams are stacked with seniors that have both JV and
VS experianced players.

this is a hard one to predict; all very good teams. this would be like betting on the vikings!

Hep points has nothing to do with the new style of hockey, the way they are supposed to call penalties is taking care of that.
with the inconsistancies of the refs some teams benifit while others suffer.

from what I have seen over the past couple seasons is the refs that actually have fun and want to be there do a much better job of keeping control of the games. they joke with us and don't take a little wining personal. usually you can tell how the game will go before it even starts by the attitude ...

cp vs wbl champlin didn't play very well in that game, but it only took
two players to win anyway! # 21 and the goalie. I guess this doesnt say
much for WBL!
