What are you talking about flatontheice?!?! He's the goalie, his team got outshot 5-1 and they won. He is the reason the team won, no other. He was the best player on the ice that night. Needs to do more of the work?! What about the guys who let in those 5x as many shots as they made? this hurt my ...

I don't recall any of these names playing high school hockey between 89 and 93.

thats kind of what I thought, but he wore #6 at GR I believe.

also I don't think someone like Pat White in the position he's in has the time to spend on here talking himself up, not that he would need to talk himself up anyways.

leblanc should be way somewhere around 40 i think sid 8) I'm guessing there's no bias at all there. you have to take into consideration that him even being rated 86th is nice for this kid because it means he'll probably be taken somewhere and if the team that takes him thinks he develops into a goo...

Much appreciated!!!! I myself think i would make a great hockey analyst or coach one day. The next Barry Melrose!!!! I think the Gophers would be best off if EJ took an early exit from the main U he turned down the Blues' first offer to finish the season with them, but that doesn't mean a whole lot...

Yeah I like Goligoski and Vanelli.

Not saying he's bad, but who voted for R.J. Anderson? I also like the way Shack stepped and played really well during Anderson's injury and that is why R.J. played forward in the West Regional, it always seemed like Shack was a lot more sound defensively than R.J.

Re: post 7541

I dont know how you can argue against Minnesota. They have 5 D1 teams. On a yearly basis, 1-2 will be very good, 1-2 will be above average, and 1-2 will be average. Tough to argue against. also I wasn't arguing against Minnesota just disproving the one who said Wisconsin is, think about how many D-...

Re: Bottom Line......

This is in realation to the gentleman who was talking about Minnesota having all Minnesota kids. Last year when Wisconsin won it all we had 13 or 14 Wisconsin natives on that team. So obviously the majority of Bucky's squad was made up of Wisconsin born players. Doug Woog and now Don Lucia ae tryin...

Re: State of Hockey....

Ok, so this is to whoever is saying Wisconsin isn't the state of hockey. I totally agree, it isn't. But it is more credible at a collegiate level than Minnesota. I am a die hard Badger fan and all my roomates are die hard Gopher fans. We have this arguement all the time about what college has a mor...

U got the point. David beat Goliath..........of course you would remember that better with a private school upbringing. Maybe HM was just too comfortable in the X, they have been there so much it's like home ice to them. I'm confused, don't teams normally play better at their "home" rink ...

yeah God's gift to the game Phillipi sure didn't look very good just glad all the people that have been cumming all over themselves over the mention of his name finally realize how overrated he is, that he doesn't perform well under pressure because he's a head case.
