shots
I listened to the game and the shots were 39-6. Bemidji had no pressure at all - it sounded like all they did was chase around after the puck and were made to look silly.

scrimmages
I was in both LOW and Warroad this weekend. I think everyone had their moments. It all depends on how many kids each team brought with. I know the Grand Forks schools have made their cuts and brought basically their top 4-5 lines. They have also been skating together for one more week then the Minne...

numbers
Your point about numbers is not correct. I have a cousin who plays peewees in Thief River Falls and the only group that has number problems is the Bantam age. Peewees have 35-38 players and they will be very strong. I know they have had three squirt teams for the past 3 years because my son has play...

I am curious spudmania - did you just get a new computer or did you finally learn how to use one in Moorhead. You show your true intelligence with some of your statements. I am sure UND is upset they did not contact you first to get the real scoop on Forney.

Section 8 onlooker - I think we need to find you a padded room somewhere so you don't hurt yourself. Are you having a hard time understanding that in this area of the state people feel more comfortable with UND. According to the last RED LINE report Michael Forney was ranked #9 in the WORLD. Now may...

If you think Lucia pulled his offer you are nuts. I know from talking to my sources both Minnesota & North Dakota offered him Full rides and he chose North Dakota because he felt more comfortable there. UND has landed a very good one in Forney - It was in the Herold today

who is forney
I find it interesting that you put Mike Forney on your list and don't even know a thing about him. He is 6'3" i would say about 200 lbs and he plays forward for Thief River Falls. I still think he will win it because of the supporting cast he has.

Mr. Hockey
My pick would be Mike Forney - Right now the most prized recruit in Minnesota.

Renegade Ram
I will agree with big roy on this one - Renegade Ram has been kicked off this board more than once. His problem is that he thinks he knows everything and can not keep his mouth shut. No coach should ever threaten a player on the ice - if so he has no place in hockey.

ushl rosters
You are very right when you say that being on the roster now does not mean youe will be on the roster in November. In Jay Clarks case Indiana drafted a goaltender higher than Jay and from what my sources tell me Jay was lucky to be picked #2. Was at best the 3rd or 4th best goalie at the camp. This ...

Renegade - When you say Bryce was hurt in a snowmobile accident do you mean Bryce Ravendalen (spelling?). If so what happened to him to say that he is done playing hockey? I sure hope this is not true as Bryce is a great kid. Thanks

Rankings
I think that you have to put Warroad #1 - Until you beat the champion they are still #1. Thief River Falls has a chance to be A top 5 team in the state - the one thing they are in big time need of is Goaltending. They only lose basically 1 player in Alec Holen. They have 10 of their top 12 forwards ...

If EGF wants to stay in the rotation they are going to have to fix up their rink. Two years ago at the section tournament the sewers were backing up in the place. It is a pit and it needs to be fixed. Warroad has a fine facility but with the olympic ice sheet it does provide them with more of a home...

get it!
I would suggest that you take 5 or 6 from Bemidji because they are brutal and have been for 5 or 6 years. They are by far the biggest school district in the area and have just a terrible program. I do not see any help for Warroad coming from Bemidji. The only two players they had last year were seni...

What qualifies him to coach in the USHL? You seem to be a expert on coaching so when he does leave I am sure you will take his spot on the Warroad staff.

Hardwick
The reason not to many are interested is because of foot speed. He will struggle at the next level because he is slow a foot. I will say that in all other areas of the game he is outstanding. But foot speed kills at the next level.
