Shakopee's JGB looked strong this year, with 10 returning players.

Fighting and penalties have been out of hand the past years, they're trying to crack down and weed out the jokers

James Chadwick, Cory Grund, Tim Hidabrand, and Peter Anderson are all great northern players.

Last night I attended a Junior Gold game, there were 5 fights and 4 kids got kicked out of the game. One kid even slashed the other kid in the neck. Now I'm not against fighting in hockey, but come on, junior gold and 5 fights, that's out of hand.
