If you have no confidence in your own Quarterback, and when you are down by over 10 points in the fourth quarter, why not switch him? Why would you switch QB's in the Super Bowl? Lovie Smith got hounded every week about this during the year and he clearly explained the intentions to keep playing hi...

Great Game. Hats off to Dungy and Manning in this one. Nice to see two guys like that with a ring on their finger. Hopefully this win all but solidifys Manning's spot amoung the greatest QB's of all time. Grossman looked horribly out of place tonight. The bright lights of the Super Bowl were far too...

He had a nice segment on ESPN's PTI today. They found the 180 foot goal just as astonishing as everyone else it turns out.

Here's what I like most about the Colts, out of their 22 regular starters none were obtained through restricted/unrestricted free agency, all through the draft, trades, or as undrafted free agents. In fact the only player they have through free agency that sees much field time is Vinateri. Much lik...

Rex Grossman is quite possibly the worst football player i've ever seen. I would get sick if i knew he got a ring placed on his finger.

How about the former Vikings Moss and Culpepper...still hate them and they are no longer Vikings. Only Viking I have ever liked is Robert Smith, that guy had class. Then again I liked Bud Grant, but he was born in Wisconsin. :P Why would you hate Randy Moss? He never really even performed well agai...

Brad Johnson was a very productive QB in 03' actually. 3800+ passing yards with 26 touchdowns isn't mind-boggeling but it's nothing to look down on.

peyton is nothing without dallas clark he is the go to guy when it is crunch time Ha-Ha! Is that commenting a joke? Peyton Manning is nothing without Dallas Clark...Since Dallas Clark has been fortunate enough to be catching balls from Manning he's accumulated 1,618 of Manning's 16,968 yards. And C...

I would say little falls. I mean if anyone was at the LF Brainerd game they are the loudest chanters ive heard. There were parents on the otherside of the rink plugging there ears. And brainerd needs to get there own chants. For the brainerd fans that were chanting single A, at least we can make it...

I think this post starts and ends with Barry Bonds, he's known prolifically as probably one of the most hated athletes.

It's hard to say that a player with an undoubted Phenom status such as Kobe Bryant is hated however. I think there are a lot more people out there who like Kobe than hate Kobe.

Re: NHL

I have 06 for the regular Xbox and 07 for the 360. The best of the two? 06, hands down. 07 gives us less animations, and less gameplay. It is a total peice of crap just like madden 07 on the 360. I still play 06 much more frequetly. HA! Madden 07 is far from a "total peice of crap" my fre...

Back to the Topic...

Since the topic was is Brainerd Overrated or Underrated, i'm going to go out on a limb here and actually reply to that and put where GR19 lives to the side. I don't think that anyone on this board a month ago would have penciled in a win for Brainerd against Elk River, and surely not a tie against G...

Yeah... chanting for a team that isn't yours. Sounds like a blast

I gotta agree with ER right here. I'm all for Brainerd and whatnot but this bias is a little bit suffocating right now.

The Lumberjacks have been playing phenominal hockey. In my opinion, they are among the top three teams in the state. Outstanding goalie, great depth, CEC will take care of this one. Ellingson is due for a shutout.

Mac-Nothing

In terms of McGwire making it into the Hall of Fame, let’s set aside for a moment all the scandals clouding around him. Is he an All Around baseball player that the Hall of Fame may be looking for? I say not. McGwire was a guy who would go 1 for 4 with one home run in the 8th inning in a 6 run game....
