I have to say that this rink as the best to play at. Feel like the chicago blackhawks when u walk up the stairs from the lockerrooms. And the seating on both sides makes it great too. <p></p><i></i>

Now that Elk River is out of the picture and I dont know how strong Wayzata is, who will take this section? <p></p><i></i>

HockeyMan05- South St. Paul hosts these scrimmages every year. I know Anoka will be down there as usual. But will lakeville be as usual also? I dont know who else will be there. They always have someone new each year. Like in 03-04 season scrimmages Orono was there. <p></p><i></i>

It should stay the same during the season just lighten the weights a little becasue the muscles will fatigue from long practices and games. <p></p><i></i>

I trained with rob potter for the past 3 yrs. and we would skate first mon, wed, fri and then lift heavy on the legs right after skating. Yeah good point slinger But I watched Anoka play that season and everyone in the NWSC new that Anoka would have a shot. But they did not have that much talent. They were a tight group of kids that worked as one unit and thats what teams and fans need to understand is that its not just the one supers...

Lets not factor out that minnesota is in a region of the world where we experience below freezin temps to allow more kids to get outdoors and skate and work on there abilities and skills against other people. I say wisconsin is the only of the state that would rival minnesota. <p></p><i></i>
