Jus to let you know Midget AAA has their rosters SET on January 1st. I would say go with an MJ team. You'd be suprised with some of the talent. Yea its watered down but there are some players who definetly were overlooked for the North American League.

I was down at the very first AL OPEN camp in early june and saw a mix of some talented players who were actually cut and some not so good ones invited back to the main camp. As for the daddys boy who made the team it really upsets me to see that stuff going on. That kid was actually cut from all of ...

Yes, it's MUCH more glamorous for MN HS kids with the crowds and a chance to play at the Xcel Energy Center. Midget AAA plays 50-70 game schedules around the country and would be lucky to get other people besides there parents and scouts in stands. Overrall Midget AAA is a no brainer its overrall be...

Fargo Force....and FM-Jets?

With the expansion of the USHL team Fargo Force, are the NAHL FM-Jets staying in Fargo next season? I can't see Fargo being able to support both junior teams and if not where would the Jets be moving to?

In Midget AAA, most teams are named after the major sponsor for that team such as Detroit Belle Tire, Chicago Fury, Marquette Electricians, Russell Stover, Detroit Honeybaked, etc. and depending on how well the team is sponsored or how well the sponsor is willing to give to each team usually depends...

It's the same thing. I still call it jr b but tier III whatever same thing. Last year Omaha Energy who was ranked around 75th last year played in the MNJHL and beat up on St. Paul lakers, lost to the MN Ice Hawks by 1. Since the Ice Hawks took 3rd at nationals I would guess they were one of the top ...

Let me tell you first hand, The level of play is generally better in AAA and a lot more midget players move on to higher junior ranks because there younger and have a lot more potential than a guy of equal skill with only 1 year of junior eligibility left. You will find much more scouts and players ...

Not a bad move. The league is getting more well known here and it's a shame some people don't know about it. Very good competition. Last year the team had:
Eric Kraft- 88' Wayzata HS
Jake Kraemer 88' Eden Prairie HS
John Griffith 89' Park Cottage Grove HS
Andy Keogh 88' Wayzata HS
