you mean not even one bit of celebration? from anyone? even the bench? must have been because they did too much celebrating in a previous game and the coach was teaching them a lesson.

ps jackstraw, ever seen a guy get taken out after showboating after a goal? I have been playing for over 35 years and have seen it many times at all levels from Peewee to the NHL, North America and Europe.

Jackstraw, I do not mean no celebrating. I just think kids should keep the celebration to the "fist-fives" with teammates on the ice. It is all about respect-for the other team and the game.

Not yet, he is still waiting for the counter-offer from Joey Harrington at St. John's (maybe they will be D1 by then). Dad is leaning toward the U but aunt Liz is a Johnnie alum. :wink:

Well, I am sure glad that the 2014 Gophers team is picked already so my 11 y/o goalie can stop working toward HIS dream of playing for the U.
