Jefferson beat Duluth East 5-4 Saturday morning but it was a 5-2 game wtih a couple of soft goals late. Hermantown then beat Jefferson 7-4 Saturday night with 4 goals scored by their big winger. Looks like AV had a very short bench like 9 or 10 kids all weekend. Blaine was very strong 1 great forward line very physical team. Coon Rapids no super stars just a solid team.

Not all will go the way you speak of. Only 2% of these kids will move on to play D1 hockey.

My question is where do these parents/players think their going to play highschool at, they all can't play at Holy Angels,St Thomas etc. What I'm seeing is these parents/players not trying to make the winter team any better just trying to get through the season. In my book that's bad parenting.

Av/Lakeville South game was awsome up and down pace. Lvs has 3 great players #7,#8,#9 pretty fun to watch AV has a pretty solid team top to bottom. Like to see these to teams play again!

Elliot70 your right it was very close to being a tournament but was deemed not due to the fact some teams will be hosting their own games on their own ice plus no crossover games.
