Hibbing hasn't come close to matching Hermantown's intensity and Marchuk was very shaky in the fist. It will take a complete turnaround for Hibbing to come out on top.

In all reality, it could very easily be 4-0 in favor of Hermantown after that first period of play. The Hawks had a couple of very close near misses near the edge of the net and had Marchuk out of position early and often. Hermantown's second goal came on a fantastic shot to the top shelf by Andrew Christiansen. Should be a fun two more periods of this game!

Christiansen's goal 1/3 skill 1/3 luck 1/3 holy s*** wow haha, very good indivudual effort on that goal. Marcuk isn't looking very good right now, if Hibbing is going to have a chance he is going to need to step up big time. Hawks are playing well.

Very much improved period by Hibbing-Chisholm. This should be a hard fought third as it's obvious that neither team wants this to be their last game of the year. Should be a photo finish!
