thats what i thought my manager was arguing with me about it, i just gave up before it got to heated, i kno we made it to state in like 92 and got 2nd coming in with a 4-20 record and that was one A and 4-20 is not good enough to win lake clearly

haha, and THATS what a strength of schedule will do to a team. Granted they did lose to Greenway 7-1 in the championship game.

Like I said they were out early as Bantam A's,and Burnsville eliminated them as peewee A's,nobody cared about the VFW tourney I was there,B'ville left it all on the table at regions,there season ended with an upset loss to Hasting's,they had Edina beat late in the 3rd only to take a couple of bad penalties,that was the Bantam A title game for Burnsville,they beat Edina in the district tourney a few weeks earlier.
Hopefully theres a rematch at the mariucci

Burnsville wins 5-3. They are just too deep for the Irish. Unless Morgan comes up big, the Blaze take home the Lake Conference Championship solo this year. Burnsville has three lines that can score. Their second line power play unit is scary when they put Comstock in front of the net. Good luck to both teams in sections. It would be nice to see a rematch at the state tournament.

Burnsville won final of 6-1

Recap:

Two games in a row Morgan has let in early goals the majority of the Irish's games have been decided by who scores the first goal well Burnsville got the first one and right off the bat that was what changed the game. Burnsville shut down Brown,and that is what they needed to do.
The two Mr. Hockey candidates were going at each other the whole game I wasn't happy with Barnes head but at JT if your going to be a Mr. Hockey candidate you don't do that, don't get me wrong and I know Koho will take this very seriously cause he has a lot of confidence towards the Barnes family he is a great player but honestly that was un called for JT just shoved him out of the way, Barnes gave him a head but. If they're going to give JT a 10 minute mis conduct for doing what he did to number 3 then Barnes is lucky that he didn't get one cause he definetly deserved one. My honest opinion about McDuff is he is a hack, and by his attitude I can see why he was not able to play hockey in almost all of the first half of the season, and I know it had to do with academics. Becker played a great game. If Rosemount wants an apperance at the X they are going to need a solid performance by Morgan in the nets cause Woodbury, and Eastview will capatalize.

Also I for sure know five of the Burnsvile goals but can't think of the other one the five were scored by Barnes (2) King (1) May (1), and Gustavson (1). The only goal for the Irish was by Nate Percy.

Barnes is a hell of a player, and all, but what he did tonight to JT was very stupid. I hope he doesn't get the Mr.Hockey award stripped out of his hands cause of it, but it was very uncalled for. JT and him were going at all game but that was really not the way to get back at JT, I'm not saying this cause I'm an irish fan but cause it wasn't something a Mr. Hockey candidate should be doing.

Well I didn't see the misconduct clearly cause everyone was standing up but JT and number 3 were going at it and JT was doing the majority of it (I guess) and so he got a miscondunt and the ref was taking number 3 to the box but for some reason he didn't get a penalty. wasnt branson (#3) and JT supposed to get 2 min coincidentals, but since JT slammed his stick they gave him 2 extra minutes, also because there was only 1:43 left in the game they just dismissed bransons penalty and gave JT a 2 min?

Yeah we need only one player??????? Ok our whole first line hold 3 of the top 10 slots in points for the Lake. Hendrickson and Barnes are good but Perisic is just average, and isn't anything special. The 2nd line isn't all that bad either. Their back 3 (Defense (2) Goalie) is what struggle. Also notice how someone other then JT scored the Irish goal... No you probably didn't watch that you were to focused on your Burnsvile players.
