BB1 Good Players...

Post by bigshooter »

here are my bb1 good players list..

#21 from blaine is unstopable along with 15
also blaine has strong defensemen led by their defensive cpts. 15 and 16.
14 , 5 , and 13 are also solid defenseively.

woodbury is also a good team with #14 and beard boy #3

best goalie is BB1 hockey is obviously Ford from EP

#26 and #10 from Chisago Lakes, even though there PLEASE BAN ME whiners, they together are a offensive powerhouse

Ford is extremely good with a very talented group of players in front of him. What were Fords numbers?

Here is my benchmark to compare
1.87 GA and a 92.8% Save percentage

The EP red website does not list the goalies that played in the 49 games that are posted, but the Red in general have allowed 70 goals in 49 games (I added the last 2 games against Black). That comes out to 1.42 goals allowed per game as a team. (have no clue how many empty net goals against / or # of games played by each goalie).

According to Blaine BB1 site:

Schorn: 38-3-0 record (I assume that this does not include scrimmages)

1.34 GA
92.7 pct

Great team in front of him that does not give up 2-0 or breakaways. They also do a very good job of keeping shots from the outside and preventing passes from not being moved side to side.

Those are extremely great numbers, but I worry about his health.
I think his size is preventing him from devloping his technical skills to the level they should be-

Ford on the other hand is extremely athletic to go with his very good technical skills

true one of the few games they did loose was an only goal by jefferson on a breakaway

EP Red #10 & #12
i'd say 13 from jefferson instead of 12, he has a bunch of goals
I'm sorry but i would have to totally disagree with this, #13 plays scared out there and he has not scored in any games i have watched. (Maybe he scores against the bad teams)

#12 is a better player and he had a couple nice playoff games against edina green and burnsville with goals in each i think for sure burnsville

And while we're talking Maple Grove, my leftover money is on returning MG Peewee A, DT to have one hell of a year lighting it up as a forward this season versus being a blue liner as the last year or two.
