Secrtion 8 domination , last year, was a fact of modern life as was pointed out to us by slapshooter when he declared Roseau would win early on while the rest us were thinking it was all "Up for Grabs"

This year its all "Up for Green" as anyone who knows emoticons knows that its going to be either be the crazy section 8 Rams, The Catholics , or The Cakeaters.. all of whom wear green.

So:

If you aint wearin green, you aint gonna win
To win twice in a row might not happen again

Tough section play may derail Edina' s train
Its all in His hand, thanks just the same

But that being said , oh what should I pick
Ill give yah a hint, its somebody Catholic

Like "The Great One" says: a lot stays the same
On the night before Palm Sunday , the Catholics win the game

But there is a long way to go thinks that rotating brain
That stupid thing is gonna drive me insane

For now, I must concede, the winner we do not have
Cuz in high school hockey its all "Up for Grabs"

The only reason for looking at this thread

is to see Packerboy finally admit that

the ONLY Catholic team is the one wearing green!

The guests are still coming, that's what the views say,
Eighty-four thousand, the meter tipped yes-ter-day.

I'm not here to lie, so here comes the truth,
That's one peek-a-boo each, for everyone in Duluth.

Strange all this is, cause they ain't in section eight,
I guess they are lookin' ahead, to who'll be taken home state.

Section 8 dominaton
Was a fact of modern life
We heard about it in other threads
The words were sharp as a knife

But here we are in "Up for Grabs",
And we are hearin the same thing
Even though they were "out of it"
The Rams are wearin the ring

I know its controversial
It even goes Agaisnt the Grain
But what I am wondering most of all is...
Where is that rotating brain?

I really don't know who will win
Confusing? Oh, just a tad
The way that things are lookin
Its very much "Up for Grabs"

=P~ packerbImagey is tryin' hard, to convince us that they're hot!

=P~ That's OK, we can take it, we're used to pinhead jabs, :^o

=P~ :arrow: 'cause section 8 knows for sure it's all "UP FOR GRABS"! =;

=P~ I pick the best like I always do as no other poster can, Image

=P~ p-b  y knows that this is true yet whines "fair weather fan". 8)

=P~ It matters little, not much at all, the Great Imagene's not concerned, [-(

=P~ "The Prophet SLImage PPImage THIImage " is a title that's been earned, [-o<

=P~ and those that I have fingered, surely better listen, ImageImageImageImageImageImage

=P~ or go the way of last years best where banners will be missin'. Image

=P~ If that happens don't blame me 'n' don't get paranoid,   Image  Image  Image

"The Great One" knows it all
No doubt about all of that
His knowledge of who will win
Is exactly where it is at

But the Raiders are not "out of it"
Oh no , no not indeed
They will work even harder now
To grow just like my seed

Sometime its a struggle
Gotta work as a team
It can turn out the way you want it
The result, " Its Like a Dream"

So , no mention of giving up
No not even just a tad
Cuz when Lenten time rolls around
Hey, is all 'Up for Grabs'

The mercury has fallen
To twenty below
Interest in Minnhock
Is starting to grow
A few new teams
Are making a run
Some of the usuals
Are gettin it done
The Rams of last year
Were no one year wonder
It's well into Jan of '08
They're still bringin the thunder
We'll all kick back and watch
It'll be interesting to see
If the run can continue
Into Minn history
As of today
We all can still blab
Cause like the thread says
It's all up for grabs
