You've been to the Brick? And you still don't like it?

This years group clearly lacked several studs to put up points at will. Even our most talented kids on this squad did not do much, not a single player stood out. This was a ho-hum group of grinders who had a ton of heart but much less skill than the other teams who competed in the tournament.
Who peed in your corn flakes?

It neutralizes the skill of the high-end players when all the kids are really good. I've seen plenty of these kids play at a little lower level and a few of them dominate.

As far as sending the 15 best skaters, Toronto didn't send theirs...Detroit didn't send theirs...and so on.
It appears Toronto did send their best 15. I believe the bulldogs have won 2 out of the last 3 if memory serves.

Why do some think that we didn't send the best 15 for MN?
Team MN had a tryout and the people who picked the team took the best 15. Who ever has a problem with that has no idea how this works. This is not team USA. Did team mn have all the talented kids in mn show up for the tryout? No. Sure there may be better players in mn to pick from but they had no interest in going. I don't see how one person can say that not one player stood out on mn. I only saw may be 4 kids in all the 6 games I watched really stand out and none of them stood out when playing team mn.

I thought team mn's uniforms were really sharp. Curious to know if they all had to buy the green helmets, gloves and breezers?
