Young rookie-snapper ... you have no idea how Brainerd is connected to this thread.mj79 wrote:Stitch Lips wrote:I just talked to Videoscout (he's between periods at the St. Cloud Tech/Brainerd game) and he says that it's a heck of a game. Tech is two-men short right now. Josh Peterson just got a penalty for Tech.
Joe Frazer just scored and took a 2-0 lead. PP goal @ 9:25. 7:21 left in 2nd.
Chucky Cheese loves that Frazer kid!!!
make ur own thread... Does this look at all like a thread that hasSCT or Brainerd name in it

The Gardens
Speaking of Chucky Cheese ....
Slapshooter cut the Cheese and the crowd has left the building
2-1 Brainerd over Tech going into the 3rd by the way.

End of the 2nd, Roseau 2, Warroad 1.
Roseau dominated most of the 2nd, Warroad came back a little but in the last part of the period, but a couple of odd-man rushes in the last minute for Roseau just lead to a Warroad penalty as the 2nd ended. So Roseau will start the 3rd on the powerplay.
Roseau looks fast, Warroad came out flat to start the 2nd and got away from their forecheck. Poor puch movement from the Warriors in the 2nd didn't help.

Handing the R MS the game on a silver platter!
2-1 after 2 R MS
Can't score from the BOX !
It's a miracle that its not 5-1 !

Agreed - Warroad's goalie has held them in this game without a doubt with some monster saves.slapshooter wrote:It's a miracle that its not 5-1 !

I think Warroad should change their name to Marvin. That's all the announcers talked about during the game. Marvin this, Marvin that. It got a little old. Kevin Gorg is a terrible announcer in my opinion. But anyways, Roseau had soo many beautiful plays and chances. They definitely were the better team.

Both teams played hard as was expected. Roseau came out on top because of their speed and quickness. I was impressed with warrods physical play and goaltending. It was an exciting game and i am looking forward to January 30th when the warriors head 21 miles west to the memorial. Props to both goalies and Ram Star Weston.

I also believe...I said Roseau by 2 (en) but couldn't find the quote was in a Lundy post. I missed on the (en) but the plaid jacket strikes again. Roseau outplayed the Warriors first period slightly....Spanked 'em the second period but Warroad made a game of it in the third. Final shots 29 - 27 Roseau.Dickie Dunn wrote:As for the game I see Roseau shutting them down. Vats will play well....but Warroad won't score enough.
Jake Vatsndal take a bow...Nice game. Kurt Weston take a bow you've proven your leadership between the opening kickoff touchdown in the Nickle Bowl and a Ram win and your performance tonight with another Ram win. Lori Ann and Stuie take a bow...you raised a winner or three. Alex Bjerk take a bow you stood tall in the third.
As for Warroad 0 - 20 on the power play....better think about your personnel out there. Hey Albert...KMA.
MiniStick12 take your own advice and just listen. You've got LOTS to learn.
