I find it hard to believe Eaves and his staff would fall for some hype about a high school kid. They see something in Gardiner and will probably bring out the best of him in coming years.
Too bad the refs (and Tonka team) didn't see that puck go in.
What dope are you smoking. Game is over, and so is your season Bye Bye!!!
Also, about Gardiner...Every time he touched the book the crowd got silent and knew something could happen. He was by far the best player on the ice. Is he a WCHA defenseman...maybe not, does he have WCHA talent and potential...Yes

My Men's League season ends in early May - so no "my" season is not over - nor am I from Tonka.

I was at the Benilde-Tonka game and Tonka did not deserve to win that game. Why? They were outscored 3-2, that's why. Minnetonka didn't play three periods and they paid the price.
I agree. Tonka let themselves completely go. It was their game for the first two periods. They were playing not to lose, and Benilde was playing to win. Their hearts were in it and they deserve it, coming back the way they did. I'm glad to see them come in and take the section title from a team who obviously expected to win.
