Yep. And when the Islanders played the Panthers a couple nights ago, which player had the most shifts on the entire Islanders team? Aaron Ness. Cloquet knocked off East and GR beat Cloquet in the Final.
This is arguably East's best team since 1996 (better than the 1998 team IMO) and any comparisons between 2007 and 2012...are simply in-accurate. GR and the rest of 7AA have a SHOT...but the chances of East advancing are SIGNIFICANTLY higher in 2012 than they were in 2007.

Lastly, Norcon, just because I'm from Anoka, don't lump me in with the moron statements ER Empire makes..as Northern players like Guyer, Spehar and Ness did very well at the D1 level in my opinion.

Ringo! He's a great player who earlier this year reached 100 points and has added to that since. Most impressive is his leadership and work ethic. This is a good team that's built around him.
