Slapnasty, any idea who will be the goalie from West. I agree that whoever it is will have to step up. If he can, I see West as having a shot at it along with Lourdes, AL Red Wing and NP. I don't see Faribault as a contender like others. Losing Helgeson has to hurt and who's going to man the nets.

put it on record, he will be one of the top 2 goalies in the Section. West will have no goalie issues this year.

Honestly here is what i think if west can keep it together this year and have all of there best players play both ways instead of just hwen they have the puck i se no reason why they shouldnt just walk right through this section i know that they have the most talented team in the section it just depends on how they use it and if they really want it

1.West
2.lourdes
3.NP
4.Albert lea
5.northfield
6.red wing
7 and down i dont know

Honestly, this is what I think. Which is quite different from what you think:

1. Red Wing
2. Albert Lea
3. Lourdes
4. New Prague
5. West
6. Northfield

i dont see how you could have red wing at the top when they were missing maybe one person in lacressent they went into overtime with austin which is a less then average team actually austin is pretty horrible but we will see what happens we can all have our own opinions

Scudamore from Lourdes and Waalkens from Albert Lea.

Hasnt played a varsity game yet I dont get why he is top 2. He wont be at the end of the year either.

Wow! That puts him in the company of about 60 other JV goalies in the state.

I have a few qeustions first of all when you say west are you talking about Mankato west, and if so why would this team be good, even if they returned everyone from last year(which i don't think they are) they still werent even impressive last year so why would they be this year?

I said that back a while ago. They are a good team just inconsistant. The line of Anderson Litchfield and Leivermann will be good but they need a 2nd line and there defense to have a good year or else to section title for them.

This section has a lot of evenly matched teams.
And talking about west, if their top guys (lieverman, litchfield, and those other two small guys) got any better they will be a contender.
Also I think anyone who counts out New Prague is foolish.

West's second line will be the the hardest hitting line in the section and will surprise many people with what they do.

Wow Dominator must have been the JV goalie that played that game and thats his only mark now and forever on his hockey resume.

So Collin tell me what happened in the 5-1 loss to Little Falls?

how can u say scudamore is one of the best goalies in the section? He is a true flopper goalie and if he was on a bad team he would get destroyed
