Answer this, where were you as a freshman? Did you play HS hockey or just a fan that was bitter that you didn't make the Hill team? What's your beef with everyone in here. I see you attacking everyones threads. Whats the deal with you?

How many freshmen actually make s difference on a varsity team? I can't think of many besides the STA Schroeder. There are only a handful of kids that make an impact as a freshman, it's to bad that you find it necessary to attack this thread.
How dare you bring up my freshman year at Hill. My therapist just recently made a comment that I was making such great strides on that issue. So I didn't make the team, what's the big deal? I still played a vital role. Everyone needs a towel, right?

My only "beef" is with limited minded individuals who take themselves & this "bored" too seriously. Lighten up Francis.

ps. Tell Wilson good luck!

I understand that Neutron. It's not like SSP is lighting the scoreboard up either. SSP/Park has always been a good game, no matter how poor one program is.

I'm not taking this board to serious. I know you are messing around for the most part. I was just trying to get the name out there for a kid to watch. I don't think he will stay for his senior year.

You shouldn't ever need to worry about getting a ticket to a quality game. I went to the Hill, BSM game and if no where else sit in the student section you should be able to see over them if you sit in the 4th row.

Ok to set all the records straight. I am a senior at SSPHS, i am a goalie, i lettered 9th, 10th 11th grade, then got cut because of Adam. Adam is a great goalie, but i doubt he will go to Hill. If he would go anywhere he would go to STA, but he is staying at ssp, garunteed. I know from first hand experience that a custom painting of a goalie mask isn't an easy price to pay, and you dont get a custom paint job half way through a season when you are planing on transering the next season. But for his senior year, highly doubtfull he will be playing at Wakota.

Secondly, yes south saint paul has plenty of Inver Grove Hieghts players, and yes Rothe is from Inver Grove Hieghts. With my last name being Ross, his last name being Rothe, and our school making locker assignments in which you are in alphabetical order, we have met, and being goalies on the same team, we carpooled to practice every day last year. I have asked why they all came to SSP. And the answer: International Baccalaurette progam, aka I.B. This is a program for high school students, which only 50 some school in the States, yes States, as in United States, have. It is a great college prepratory program. That is why every single player from IGH that goes to SSPHS transfered. And the fact that they all attended Holy Trinity Elementary, which is in SSP, they develop friends from SSP and want to go there. So no Paul Moen does not recruit, that is insane to even attempt to say, because Moensie is totally against recruitment.

And pioneerprideguy, i know you were using "Sarcasm" but his name is Wilcox, not wilson, and you should probally remember the name because come his junior year, he will be the one shutting your beloved Pioneers out.

Also, Adam Wilson is Alex Stalocks cousin. I'm sure you all know who Alex Stalock is, UMD tender. Adam is the exact same goalie.

Park of Cottage Grove vs. SSP Packers @ Wakota Arena @ 7:30pm
If the boxscore is correct, we missed a goaltending exhibition. 10 saves on 13 shots, 0.77 save percentage.

Anyone have Lucia's number?????

Also, I.B. might be great. It's still SSP High School.... Lipstick on a pig some would say!

Well, that's why I wanna make sure I see this kid play. If he is all that, we think he will look better better in green next year. Given the housing situation, there should be no problem securing a house in Maplewood to assist in the transfer rule.

Truth is there is an opening at that position for the vaunted Green and White. So I'm sure some "fans" of the program were at the game checking him out...

Spelling "Heights" wrong once is a understandable, spelling it wrong twice in the same sentence is well...

I guess that's why his G.P.A. is only 3.8 and not the perfect 4.0.

So a boxscore tells the story? I think not. Try to attend the game and watch before you make stupid comments like this.

It's just like in baseball, a single is a single, it doesn't say if it was a line drive or a blooper over the infield.

Go watch some hockey then form an opinion.

BTW, the stockyards are pretty much no longer. Lipstick on a pig some would say, hmmm? Cant' say anybody ever said something as stupid as that. Sorry

Great place to live and raise a family. Great schools and proud people.

Since they got rid of the smell, less people want to stay there but they are workin on that.
