I thought the first period of this game was very sloppy overall, and the Bears were awful coming out of their own zone tonight. With that being said, they showed alot of poise coming back twice from two goal deficits.(Owen Collette may have saved the game on a 2-0 breakaway in the 2nd period). I thought the officiating was poor, but consistent with both teams at least. I guess that's all you can ask from the officials is consistency. I would say the Bears looked like the better team in the later parts of the game, while Stillwater was struggling to get anything going in the later parts of the 3rd period. I thought overall the Bears were the better team tonight, but not by a large margin. I just hope some of the injuries suffered in this game to the Bears are not to serious. That would be a huge blow down the stretch to lose those key players.
