Delayed Offsides

I hope they go to touch up offsides my son has played Assoc plus in some summer tournaments. The game flows much better with touch up. This year is a 1st year pee wee. Anyway These kids in a game situation get so little real ice time in a game anyway. If the teams have 3 lines to some extent isnt the max time a kid could be out there "hard" skating be 20 minutes? Thats with out any stoppages for goals etc..The point I am getting at is keep them moving as much as possible. The kids need good work outs not less...I have no visions of a D1 scholarship just trying to keep the kid in shape... I think the kids like it better too they dont like all the stopping..
