Since the vast majority of my hockey knowledge is about the top teams in section 6, I'll do a few notable juniors from each of those teams. Don't take these as my MN's best juniors, just adding some fuel to the fire. Maybe people can do these with sections they're familiar with.

Armstrong- Tyler Johnson
Benilde- Brett Patterson, Will Nelson, Jacob Meyers
Eden Prairie- Mitch Rogge, Mike Erickson
Hopkins- Archie Skalbeck, Alex Fons
Minnetonka- Max Gardiner, Andrew Prochno, Troy Hesketh, Jim Kruger
Wayzata- Lucas Whelan, Scott Holm, Danny Walsh

I would put these as the best Juniors in section 6. Feel free to add to this list, or I encourage people to create one for other sections.
Stay Classy, Minnesota.

Mclain is one of the top junior defensemen in the state, i'd have him higher than an "other" but thats just me.
And Turnquist from St. Michael is WAY over rated. They played probably 4 "Good" teams this year and the rest were average at best. He's not a top goalie.

I think he might be the best Youso...sometimes the best defensemen play too quietly...good hands...good feet...my guess is UND.

I've only seen Youso play about 3 times in past two seasons, and he looks pretty dang solid to me. Not sure who is a better defender on his team, as no one else stood out when I watched them play.

The Forbort ranking as well as Lutzka were USHL rankings from what I saw and were from last spring. There were several other rated Minnesotans also. Bjugstad was listed as a 3, Skrbec and Merritt were listed as a 1.5, Youso was listed as a 1. There were others but I don't remember all of them. There may very well be another ranking but based on the number system you listed, it seems in line with what the USHL had for rankings.
Character is who you are when no one is watching

Pretty good list to work off of at the bottom of this list of Juniors. My opinion based on the season is that Burke from AHA should be ranked higher than he is but at least this list includes the right players:

the only way he gets higher is by standing on his brothers shoulders! Both over-rated.

Okay, not going to argue with you on certain guys, my point was this list is not very good. I think 3 or 4 of the top 5 are overrated. Just saying this list if rated, needs to be revised.

you are forgetting Brock Nelson, Brett Hebel? and Corrin from I-Falls And Connor O'Rielly is to small he isnt even a factor in this subject
I unfortunately do not know much about the class A teams way up north, so if I forgot some guys sorry I just threw the players on this list that I have seen play well or have heard good things about, and I don't hear a lot about the northern kids. But have you seen Connor Reilly (not O'Reilly) play?? If you had, you would know he is a major factor despite his size.

Totally agree. I also think people also automatically assume that the Reilly's are of equal skill because they're twins. IMO, and I've only seen 3 AHA games, Connor is much more of a factor than Ryan. The stat sheet seems to back my opinion. Both good players though, I just think only Connor has earned to be mentioned amongst MN's elite juniors.
Stay Classy, Minnesota.

you guys benik is a good player but he isnt one of the best have any of you went and watched st francis their break out is having benik sit at the red line with another forward and have the defense throw the puck up the boards to them...if little falls used this while festler and hanowski played together i will garentee that they would have easely exceeded 400 points that season and benik would not have touched festlers record this year
