From what I have heard, and the source is not a player or a coach, Erickson's family moved which makes the transfer legal. Yes he was from Chaska and is playing with kids he played with in his youth.
As far as Mork and Bianchi, and Hartley are freshman they can decide where they play when they are freshman.

Lines
Burke and Pigozzi in Goal
Erickson, Reilly and Reilly (forwards)
Smith, Hurley and LaBate (forwards)
McNamara, Hartley and Bianchi (forwards)
Sauro, Benolkin and Wise (forwards)
Courrier-Oaster, Meader Extra
Reilly and Ablan (D)
Polacek and Craig (D)
Mork and Antal (D)

The lines may be a bit off...

Hard to compare Mattson and him, from what I saw in the Elite League he is a smart player with good hands. AHA has two powerhouse lines, I wonder if Erickson was reunited with his Chaska team mates, the Reillys. Anybody know line combinations? Tommy Burke in the net, looks like he recorded a shutout first game. Two senior defensemen "probably" paired with Sophomore, Mike Reilly and Freshman, Frankie Mork.
Lines:
Reilly-Reilly-Erickson
LaBate-Hurley-Smith
Hartley-McNamara-Bianchi

I recently watched the Stars, when they played Prior Lake. I was not impressed with what I saw. They have the first 2 lines, which are very solid, but then the following lines after are not up to speed with a quality Top 10-Top 15 team. The third line for AHA does fine against an easy Missota team, but once they play Elk River this Wednesday and Minnetonka to open up the Schwan's Cup, they are going to be outplayed the whole game. The defense for the Star's has a very good defensive pairing between Polacek and Mork. The little Reilly kid is very offensive, but he is not a very good defenseman. He got beat a few times by a Prior Lake team that has very few good players. The defense for Holy Angels is overall weak and will get beat by a quick, speedy line like Edina, or Minnetonka. I personally think that is AHA team is overrated.

I know I am a homer, but I was also at at that game and they were not at their best. Lots of passing was off, but if you saw the goalie for Prior Lake looked real good against them.

They will do fine against the bigger schools you will see.
Don't let one game make you decide how good they are or are not.

I also think the Stars had an off game and Prior Lake is a stronger team then years past. But to have a 3rd line that gets 2 goals and 4 assists is not the norm for any team, even for an off game. If you really want to watch AHA play, today (Monday) they scrimmage 3 teams. Hill (at Hill 9 am), St. Thomas (at St. Thomas 12 pm) and I think Centennial at Richfield not sure of the time 3 or 4 I think. It will give a good idea where all lines stand against some very good teams.

A good idea of the lines, but not a real game. You will be able to see the teams play in a game atmosphere, but with nothing on the line.
Thanks for the times. I will be able to slide over to STA at lunch.

That'd be cool to see. All at different venues though, that'll be tough. Are the other teams scrimmaging different teams too?

No problem. I tried last week to find out from the players about the times, but they were unsure.
I made it over to STA with about 15 minutes to go. STA is real fast and was taking it to the STARS. IN the end I believe that it was 4 - 3 AHA over STA. Earlier in the day it was HM over AHA 5 - 4. When I left STA, AHA was up 1 - 0 over Centennial. Three tough scrimmages in one day. STARS are going to be tired tonight.

STA looked real good, and I think it is time to opt up to AA. You can play with all the top teams so let's get on the big rink.....

12/23-AHA plays Elk River @ Richfield
We film for AHA and filmed this game they looked great winning a tough game. Something happened at the Schwan's Cup this year and not sure what.
Lost to Minnetonka which is one the best in the State, but lost to WBL ?

Anyways.
