Passion woke up a little tonight after the boys saw what Fick will do to them if they dont put a body on him. Kid can fly. Ponies played well 2nd and 3rd.

untimely penalties hurt tonight

Ice effected both teams very choppy, puck was bouncing all over the place in the 1st period.

Funny thing, the shots didn't change for the last 10 minutes of the game except when FL called a TO some how they managed to get 1 or 2 shots during the TO?

Glad to hear a little passion at least youngy. Have not seen the Pony's play for a while, but the reports all seem to reflect a good team having trouble getting moto-vated. THe games against us seemed like a talented team. Someone needs to kick them in the butt a bit.

What do you think of goalie Cotter? At the games I have seen him he seems very shaky when holding on the puck and lets in some pretty weak goals. When I see Penella all I see is a solid goaltender who can stand on his head. I was at this game and the way that defensemen Mogren leads the team is something I havent seen out a defensemen from Stillwater in awhile. The kid is awesome, think we will see him in the WCHA?

Youngy, the boys did a nice job saving the tie anyway. Kyle Mogren must be a hell of a player, my son told me last night "He's REALLY good dad. He hardly ever says that.
