Tromp did play very well. Rapids had around 50 shots and Hibbing only had around 30. Another VERY big win for the jackets after defeating duluth denfeld 6-2 on tuesday.
Hibbing's defensive play in their own end was very solid. Tromp made huge saves and Hibbing's special teams are finally coming together. This could be a good start for the stretch run for the jackets.
