I am not familiar with the details of why he left, however I think their record would indicate they were a better performing team on the ice with the original goalie.

Jefferson's top goalie that quit is still at Jefferson. The other goalie that quit, which I believe was the starting JV goalie, transferred to AHA a few weeks ago from what I've heard.
