Third period of Grand Rapids-Moorhead game is being delayed as they discuss a large puddle of water behind what will be the Moorhead goal. Sounds like the Zamboni driver laid down too much water.

If you wanna do it, do it. Where were you for the 1st 2 periods ?

Good game tonight. Moorhead had better control of the game in the 1st as Rapids was on their heels early in the period. 2nd period Rapids dominated play, 14-3 in shots. Pretty evenly matched game, both defenses mostly played disciplined. Each team had their opportunities in close and on odd man rushes. Nice quality win for Rapids.

Also spotted Mike McGraw, scout for the Boston Bruins, watching and taking some notes.

Pretty gutsy performance by Rapids considerding they were missing three forwards from the top two lines and a couple others sick. Moorhead really dominated the first period. They have three solid lines with good speed. Looked like it could be a blowout. Rapids looked similar at times to when they played East - very little puck pressure once the Spuds gained the offensive zone. Hope this tendency changes before sections. Second and third periods were very entertaining. Unfortunately, there were some very questionable calls both ways by the refs.
