Whats even more strange is the section's will seed 1-8, 1-9, 1-10, and so on...but we are afraid to seed 1-8 at state. The MSHSL isnt afraid to put someone as a 12 seed in sections, but we cant label someone an 8 seed at state.
Makes no sense!
