Hmm... I think we'll take our chances on that one. Especially considering Ahcan makes Aaron Ness look like the size of Erik Johnson.

1) This is a thread on Mr. Hockey, so lets get it back on track, and celebrate Jake and his accomplishment.
2) The Gophers stink, they have too much talent each year to be this trashy. I won't follow them until Lucia is gone.
3) The gophers currently have Cammarata on their team and he makes my 5 year old cousin look big.
4) I would rather have Ahcan at this moment then Sadek

2) Three straight conference titles and a couple frozen four appearances in recent years doesn't exactly stink. This year... they have underachieved given their talent. I don't disagree.
3) Cammy is a forward. Not a D like the other guys being discussed. Try following along.
4) That's fine. Everybody is entitled to an opinion... and considering they aren't playing college "at this moment" (and its about projection a few years from now too), we'll have to revisit it. I'll think they are pretty satisfied with who they decided on.

And I vote for Gopher Blog for "most angry/condescending poster" I also nominate him for "Most biased/unrealistic defender of his favorite squad"

As mentioned, some of the Mr. Hockey nominees will get some playing time at the end of this USHL season. Here's where you may or may not see some of them this weekend...

• Jack Ahcan - Cedar Rapids

• Christiano Versich - Chicago

*Already played some USHL games.

I'm not sure what the rules are regarding playoffs, but I believe all of these guys are eligible for regular season games because they are affiliated players.

It's not called Biased/unrealistic when a team is 57-5-1 with a state title and a runner up over the course of the last 2 years. Ps: weren't you the main one challenging me about 14-15 months ago on this team and the number of D1 players I had projected? Thought so.
