Not sure if they were having technical difficulties on Day 2 since there weren't a ton of ads being played between periods. The game clock wasn't always accurate but was in the ballpark, so I didn't see it as a huge loss.

I haven't been to Jax, but based on the ad, it seems like the kind of place where you would be thrown out for being too loud by cheering while watching the HS hockey tournament.
The play by play on day two seemed to be done in a separate room as he was echo’ing like crazy. So maybe he was offsite while the cameras were at Dakotah. Dunno if that had anything to do with it. Still great to be able to catch the stream though.

Hill played well the first two periods, holding EP to 5 shots, then kind of fell apart in the third.

Yeah, I’m not saying they’re suddenly terrible or that they didn’t have good moments. They were the more talented team. But EP generally outplayed them in the 3rd and probably in OT too.
Sounds like they stunk up the rink today.
Well not near as stinky as Limburger, which would pair well with that bordeaux you've got there

I'm seeing two different outcomes on this. One says forfeit, one says postponement.

I was a Spud doubter at beginning of year .

After watching how they demolished top teams on the road this week , they get my vote to leapfrog others and go straight to number one for now

Im trying to remember the last time I've seen a team with this level of speed, skill , PP, PK, odd man rushes , neutral zone stickworl, 218 grit on the boards, etc

Not trying to come off as a cake eating, filtered water drinking, Edina snob homer… BUT they look like one of those great Hornet teams from the past 15 years or so. That Moorhead top line. Wow.

Was thinking that, even though they didn’t win it all. Otherwise maybe the 2019 team or the 2014 team that smoked Lakeville North in the state title game.

The 1992-93 Moorhead Squad was very similar and had a lot of the same names as are playing today. Hopefully they have a better result this time around.

Hill won this game, but watch the video highlights of the first three goals...
